AN ORDINAXCE RECLASSIFYING THE SOUTH 50 FEET OF LOT THIRTY (30),
BLOCK FORTY (40) , FULK'S SLTBDrTISION OF CENTEND?IAL ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LIT`T'LE ROCK, ARKAD'SAS, AMIDING ORDINANCE #5420 AND
TE AI'^.L'N MTTS TFE'REPO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAMM, by the City Council of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section I. That the south Fifty (50) feet of Lot Thirty (30) , Block
Forty (40), Fulk's Subdivision. of Centennial Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, baking #1823 High Street and located on the Yorth East corner
of Wright Avenue and High Street in said Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore
classif idd and zoned as "C" Two Family District , under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance #5420 and amendments thereto, be and is hereby rezoned and reclassi-
fied, and the same is declared to be in "F" Connercial District, under the
terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
Section II. That Ordinance #5420, with its amendments thereto and
the zoning map thereto attached and made a part thereof, be and are amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of said South Fifty feet (S50)
of Lot Thirty (30), Block Forty (40), Fulk's Subdivision of Centennial Addition
to the City of Little Rock, krkansas, as outlined in Section I hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial
District.
Section III. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
and effect from and after its passage.
