AN ORDINANCE GRANTING WAIVER OF LOT AREA AND YARD SPACE '
REW,UIREIfiENTS ON PROPERTY AT 1124: RICE STREET AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK]
SECTION 1. That the lot area requirements and the yard

space requirements as established by Ordinance Not 5420 as it
affects property at 1124 Rice Street described as Lot Seven (7)
Bloch Four (4), Capital Hill Extension Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, are hereby waived, and the owner thereof
is hereby granted permission to construct a garage apartment.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to
the provisions of Section One of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
