AN ORDINANCE RE- CLASSIFYING CERTAIN LANDS IN THE EAST HALF' (EJ) OF
THE NORTHEAST QUARTER.(NE�) OF SECTION EIGHTEEN (18), TOYTSHIP
ONE (1) NORTH, RANGE TWELVE (12) WEST, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS:
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDLINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,

Quarter (Ej of the NEk), Section 18, Township 1 North, Range 12
Nest, described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection

of the'North side of the Nineteenth Street Pike and the South side
of the Right of Way of the Little Rock, Maumelle & Western Railway
Company, (now Missouri Pacific Spur Track), thence in a Southwesterly.
direction along the North line of the Nineteenth Street Pike 267 2/3

feet; thence North 241 feet, more or less, to the South line of the
Right of Way of the Little Rock, Maumelle & Western Railway- Company;
thence along the South line of the Right of Way of the Littie Rock,
Maumelle & Western Railway Company in a Southeasterly direction 270
feet'. more or less, to the point of beginning, heretofore classified
and zoned under the terms of Ordinance 5420 of the City of Little

Rock, Arkansas, as and in "B" Residential District, be, and it hereby
is, rezoned and reclassified as, and the same hereby is declared to
be and placed in "J" Light Industrial District under the terms of
said Ordinance No. 5420,
SECTION 2. That Ordiance No. 5420 and the zoning map thereto
attached as a part thereof, be, and they hereby are amended in con -
formity -with the provisions of Section l of this ordinance; and said
parcel shall hereafter be known, classified, and described as being,
x..-. d it shall be, in the ",T* Light Industrial District under said
Ordinance No. 5420, as amended.
SECTION 3. That the City Council of the City of Little Rock
has determined, and it is hereby declared, that all the prerequisites
to the lawful passage of this ordinance have been duly complied with;
and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage.
