ORDINANCE NO.- 6993
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE EAST ME -HALF OF BLOCK ONE HUNDRED
SIXTY FIVE OF THE ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.5420;AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the East-One -Half of Block One Hundred
Wixty Five of the Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
the Southwest Corner of Seventeenth and Main Streets in the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned

as "D ", Apartment District,-under the terms of the Zoning Ordinance
No.5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified, and the same is
hereby declared to be in "I", Light Industrial District under
the terms of the said Zoning Ordinance, and yard space require-
ments on said property are hereby waived under the terms of
said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance NO-5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit
the reclassification and re- zoning of said East One -half of
Block One Hundred Sixty Five of the Original City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined on Section 1 hereof, said property to
be hereafter known and classified as being in the "I ", Light
Industrial District, and the yard space requirements for said
property are hereafter waived.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
Full force from and after its passage.
