ORDINANCE N0. 6995
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING BLOCK 3, WOODRUFF'S ADDITION, AND BLOCK
18, RECTORTOWN ADDITION, TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5420 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

Section 1. That Block 3, Woodruffts Addition, and Block 18
Rectortown Addition, to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being lo-
cated on the south side of East Sixth Street between Collins and Byrd
Streets, heretofore classified and zoned as eC" Two - Family District
under the terms of the Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, are hereby re-
zoned and reclassified and the same are hereby declared to be in
"V Heavy Industrial District under the terms of the said Zoning Ordi
nance.
Section 2. That said Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made apart thereof are hereby amended to permit
the reclassification and rezoning of said Block 3, Woodruff's Additio
and Block 18, Rectortown Addition, to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereaf
ter known and classified as being in "Kn Heavy Industrial District.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
