j AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYTNG LOTS 1 and 2 of Block 5, NEII,1.EYERS
ADDITION( TO THE CITY" OF LITTLE ROCK FROM COPYMERCIAL "F"
DISTRICT TO ONE FAMILY "B" DISTRICT, 4MENDING ORDINANCE
5420, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LII= ROCK, - AF?.KANSAS
SECTION 1. Lots 1 and 2, of Block 5, of Nei-
meyers Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
otherwise known and called 2301 South Cedar Street, is
hereby changed from Commercial "F" District and is placed
in the One Fanily "B" District.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 5420 is hereby aAen-
ded to conform to the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances
in conflict here-lith are hereby repealed, and this Ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
