AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 1 and 2, BLOCK 3, A. C. READS
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, A141ENDING
ORDINANCE 5420 AS A�.ENDED, AND FOR OTNER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUICIL OF LITTLE, ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, A. C. Readis Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore zoned «C"
Two- farnily District under the terms of the Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended is hereby zoned and reclassified and placed
in the 11F11 Commerical District with full waiver of all yard.
space and area requirements under the terms of said zoning
ordinance.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 as amended, and the Zoning
Map attached thereto any? amender part thereof are hereby amended
in conformity with the provisions of Section 1 of the ordinance;
said property to be known and hereafter classified as being in
the nFn Commercial District under said ordinance No. 5420 as
amended.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
