AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF TEMPORARY SUPERVISOR
OF MAINTENANCE., AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

SECTION L. The position of Temporary Supervisor of
Maintenance is hereby created. The person to fill this position
shall be chosen by the Mayor, and shall receive a salary to be
fixed by the Mayor, not to be less than $200.00 per month, nor
more than $250.00 per month.
The Temporary Supervisor of Maintenance shall be
charged with supervising the repair of any and all public build'"
ings which may be needing repair during the employment authorized
by this Ordinance.
The person filling such position shall be authorized to
employ such temporary or casual labor as he may need from time to
time in the discharge of the above duties.
SECTION 2. The employment authorized under this Ordin-
ance shall in no event exceed six (6) months from the time that
the Temporary Supervisor of Maintenance is chosen under the pro -
visions of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
