AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ThE
'IOARD OF PUBLIC AFT:A IRS TO TAKE BIDS FOR
THE PURCHASE OF - I-,!E NEW COUPE A_UT01111:OBILE
FOR USE BY THE OFFICE OF 'THE CITY COLLEC'T'OR
AND 'OR OTTaR PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the 1936 Chevrolet Coach now in use by
the office of the City Collector for making inspections, in-
vestigations, and other routine duties is not in a service-
able condition, and
`rERFAS, it would be more practical due to the con-
o n of the vehicle now in use by the City Collectors s
ce to purchase a new automobile for said use;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C011YCIL OF THE CITY OF
`f}s LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
it CTION 1. The Board. of Public Affairs of the City of
Lle Rock, Lrkansas, is hereby authorized and directed to

coupe automobile for use by the office of the City Collector.
SECTION 2, This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
