AH'ORDINAIdVE RECLASSIFYING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE POCK, ARKANSAS, U11ENDING ORDINANCE ITO. 5420 AS AT- 711DED AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES:
A part of the N 4 of the NZ of Section 1 ?, Township 1 North,
Range 12 West, more rarticularly described as: Beginning at a -point
5 feet West and 30.2 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Nom,
NE4s Section 17, and run thence South 4 degrees Last 475 .feet; thence
North 88 degrees West 130.5 feet, thence North 4 degrees 475 feet;
thence South 88. degrees East 130.5 feet to point of beginning;
and
Part of the I of the Nk of Section 17, Townshin 1 North,
Range 12 West, commencing on Section Lire between Sections 8 and
17 of said Townshiv and Range, at point 60.72 rods East of Quarter

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COL'ITCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the above described broperty in the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, being known as 3301 Roosevelt .Road and heretofore classified and
zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zonin- Ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby re -zoned and reclassified, and the same is hereby declared to be
"D" Apartment District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and waiver of
lot area and yard space requirements is hereby granted upon the above des-
cribed real estate.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto attached
and made a rart thereof are hereby amended to -permit the re- classification and
re- zoning of the said above described real estate in the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in "D" Apartment District and with lot area and yard
space requirements waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTIOIu 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
