AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS EIGHT (8) AND NINE (9), BLOCK TWELVE
(12), CRAWFORDIS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots Eight (8) and Nine (9), Block Twelve
(12) Crawford's Addition to the City of Little Rock, arkansas, being
located on the West side of Ringo Street between Twenty- eighth (28th)
Street and Twentyninth (29th) Street heretofore classified and zoned
as "B" Residence District, under the terms of the Zoning Ordinance
No. 54209 are hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same are hereby
declared to be in "C" Two- family District under the terms of the said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map the
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of said Lots Eight (8) and Nine (9),
Block Twelve (12), Crawford's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be here-
after known and classified as being in the "C" Two - family District,
SECTION 3. That this ordinance dull take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
