AN ORDINANCE RE- CLASSIFYINGf.LOTS 1, 2, 50 4 AND 5 OF BLOCK
25, PHILLIPS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND LOT 6
OF BLOCK 25, FAUST ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AXM17Gf ORDINANCE NO "SO AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Lots 1,- 2, 3, 4 and 5, of Block 25,
Phillips Addition to the City of Little Rock, and Lot 6,
of Block 25, Faust Addition to the City of Little Rock have
been zoned as Class "C" two- family residence property by
Ordinance No. 5420, and
WHEREAS, the present owner of the property desires
to erect a four - family apartment unit upon the said property
and to improve and beautify the said property.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK:
Lotv -1 ,
Phillips Addition to the City of Little. Rook, and Lot 6 of
Block 25, Faust Addition to the City of Little Rook are _
hereby re -zoned and re- classified and placed in the "D"
apartment district under the terms of Ordinance No. 5420,
as amended, of :the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock.
Section 2. Ordinanse No. 5420 of the Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, as amended, and the zoning map
attached thereto and made part thereof, are hereby amended
in senfermity with the provisions of Section 1 of this
&4Unahbe, and all gaits of ` said- Ordinance No.; 5420 ' air

Sootion 3. This Ordinance shall be in full terse
and effect from and after its passage.
