BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY..GOUNCIL OF LITTLE; RUCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The We-at 7k,f"t of Lot 1 and the'North 20 Feet j ©f ,the West .74 Feet of. Lot 2 In 333 of tN Original City of1tt1e . L ioc Arkansas, being street numbers 1321 -1323 West 3rd Street, hereto -} r fore classified and zoned as ODM Apartment under the terms of zoning Ordinance No. 5420 is hereby rezoned and reclassified and . the same is hereby deloared to be in "F" Commercial, and the yard space requirements. are hereby waived under the terms of said zoning ordinance to permit construction of buildings to within 15 feet of the property line on West 3rd Street and to within 4 feet on Victory Street at said property. SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map thereto i attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re- classification and rezoning of the Hest 74 Feet of Lot 1 and the North 20 Feet of the West 74 Feet of Lot 2 in Block 333 of the Original y. - i of Little Bock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and reclassified as being in "F" Commercial Dis- trict with waiver of yard space requirements as outlined in Section 1 hereof.
