RIFFLE AND RHOTON'S RIDGEL. ND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LIT`PLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; A`yENDING 0_ DINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
PE IT ORD.,IN' .. BY THE CITY COU .CIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot nineteen (19), Block three (3),
Riffle and Rhoton's Ridgeland _.ddition to the City of Little
Rock, Ark,, ns-s, being No. 119 North Elm ``treet, heretofore cl ;ssi led
and zoned -s "B" Residence District, under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned -:nd reclassified ;I'id the
same is hereby decl,red to be in "C" Two - family District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordin snce .
SECTION 2. That ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached a.nd made a part thereof, are hereby :::mended
to permit the re °lassific,:tion -nd rezoning of said Lot nineteen (19).
Block three (3), F:iffle �,nd R'r:oton's Ridgeland Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, s outlined in Section 1 hereof,
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
the "C" Two - family District.
