AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 24, BLOCK 20, FIXMG AND
BRAI'ORD'S ADDITION TO TEE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED Bf THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, Lot 24, Block 20, Fleming and Bradford's Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,,heretofore classified and
zoned as "C" Two- family District under the terms of Ordinance No.
5420, as amended, of the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and declared to be
in "D" Apartment District.
SECTION 2, Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the City
of Little Rook, Arkansas, as amended, and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a part thereof, are hereby amended in conformity
with the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance; said property
described in Section 1 of this Ordinance to be hereafter known and
classified as being in "D" Apartment District,
SECTION 3, The City Council has determined, and it is hereby
declared, that all the prerequisites to the passage of this Ordinance
have been complied with in connection herewith, and this Ordinance
shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
