AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 12 AND 139 BLOCK 3, RIFFEL
AND HOLDER'S ADDITION TO TIM CITY CE LITTLE E ROCK, AMRK tN SAS;
AXODING ORDINANCE NO. 54209 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAIrIED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ABM. ANSAS:
SECTION 1, That Lots Twelve (12) arid. Thirteen (13), Block
Three (3)v Riffel & Holdres Addition to the city of Little Rock
Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned in the "F" Commercial
District, under the terms of the Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby re -zoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared
to be in "I" Light Industrial District grader the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map there-
to attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit
the reclassification and re- zoning of said Lots Twelve (12) and
Thirteen (13)9 Block Three (3)9 Riffel and Holder's Addition to
the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 here-
of, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being
in the "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That the City Council has determined and it is
hereby declared that all the pre- requisites to the passage of
this ordinance have been complied with in connection herewith,
and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage.
