AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO PURCHASE
ONE TANK CAR OF MOSQUITO SPRAY OIL FOR THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT,
OND APPROPRIATING $450.00 THEREFOR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
I
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorised
to purchase one tank car (approximately 8,000 gallons) of mosqui.
to spray oil, and appropriating the sum of $450.00 (Four Hundred
and Fifty Dollars) from the General Funds of the City of Little
Rock for the payment thereof.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
