ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person or

purpose whatsoever, between the hours of 12 :00 midnight and

of Little Rock:

3ECTIOIT 2. Such person violating the provisions of
Section 1, of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a mis-
, demeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined, not
less than Fifteen (.�15) Dollars, nor more than One Hundred

SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
