AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 4- 5- 6- 7-8 -9, BLOCK 14, MARSHALL AND
WOLFE'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Lots 4- 5- 6- 7-8-92 Block 144 Marshall and Wolfe's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified
and zoned as being in the "C" Two Family District 'under Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended, of' the Ordinances of the City of Little 'fib *,'
is hereby rezoned and reclassified as being in the "F" Commercial
t District.

Section 2. Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the City
of Little Rock as amended, and the zoning map attached thereto
ai:d made a part thereof, are hereby amended in conformity with
z the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance; said property
described in Section 1 of this Ordinance is to be hereafter known
and ela.s0fied as being in "F" Commercial District under said
` Ordinance No. 5420 as amended.

waived so as to permit the construction of a building fronting to
15 feet of the property line on Battery Street.
Section 4• This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
