ORDINANCE NO. 7029
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 1 TO 7, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 359;
LOTS 1 TO 10, inclusive, Block 360; LOTS 1 TO 4, INCLUSIVE,,
AND ALL UNSUBDIVIDED PORTION NORTH OF LINCOLN AVEIV'UE, INCLUD-
ING ALL PROPERTY NORTH TO THE ARKANSAS RIVER, OF BLOCK 361 OF
THE ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND LOTS 1 TO 19,
INCLUSIVE, OF BLOCK 23; AND LOTS 1 TO 7, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 24,
OF THE RIVERSIDE PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE. ROCK, ARK -vSAS
SECTI0IN 1. That Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, Block 359; Lots
1 to 10, inclusive, Block 360; Lots 1 to 4, inclusive, and all
unsubdivided portion North of Lincoln Avenue, including all
property North to the Arkansas River, of Block 361, of the
Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being Numbers 1309 to
1511 Lincoln Avenue, inclusive; and Lots 1 to 19, inclusive,
Block 23, and Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, Block 24, of the River-
side Par'_ Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
Numbers 100 to 127, inclusive, Riverside, heretofore classi-
fied and Zoned as "K", Heavy Industrial District, under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, are hereby rezoned and re-
classified and the same are r^reby declared to be in the "DIt,
Apartment District, under terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to oermit the reclassification and rezoning of the aforemention-
ed lots of Blocks 359, 360 and 361 of the Original City of
Little Rock, Arkansas and of Blocks 23 and 24 of the Riverside
park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "D ", Apartment District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
