AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 542O, BY RE-
CLASSIFYING LOT 7, BLOCK 45, ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FROM
THE PRESENT "C" TYPO- FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "Fn COM6tERCIAL
D,! TRICT, WAIVING THE YARD. SPACE FOR THE PURPOSE OF AN ADDITION TO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 51+20 be amended by the re-
classification of the Northwest corner of Rock and East 11th Streets,
described as Lot 71 Block 45, Original City of Little Rock, from the
present "Cn Two- family residence district to that of "F^ Commercial
District, and for the waiving of the yard space requirements to
permit an addition to the present building in non - conforming use,, and
for use of said addition as a confectionery.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
