AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 13, 14, 15 and 16, BLACK 5,
OILKERMT ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AMMING
ORDINANCE NO. 5240 as AM=; and FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Lots 13, 14, 15 and 16, Block 5, Oakhurst Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, are hereby rezoned and reclassified
and placed in the "I Fight Industrial" District under the terms of Ordi-
nance No. 51420 as amended of the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2, Ordinance No. 51420 of the Ordinances of the City
of Little Rock as amended and the zoning map attached thereto and
made part thereof are hereby amended in conformity with the provisions
of Section 1 of this Ordinance, said properties described as being in
the "I Light Industrial" District under said Ordinance No. 5420 as
amended.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
