13E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CUUNUIL uF LITTLE RU(JK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That Lot 8, Block 9, Braddock's Boulevard
Addition to the City of Little Rock, heretofore classified and zoned
"B" Residence District under the terms of zoning Ordinance #5420, it
is hereby rezoned and re- classified declared to be "F" Commerical
District, under the terms of said zoning ordinance.
6ECTION 2. That Ordinance #5420, and the zoning map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and re- zoning of said Lot 8, Block 9, Braddock's Boule-
vard Addition to the City of Little Rock, as outlined in "aection 1"
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being
in the "F" Commerical District.
BECTIUiv 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
enforced from and after its passage.
