AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 5 AND 6, LESS 31 FEET OFF
THE NORTH SIDE OF LOT 5, IN BLOCK 293 IN THE ORIGINAL CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS-.
Section 1. Lots 5 and 6, less 3j feet off the North
side of Lot 5, in Block 293 in the Original City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, are hereby re -zoned and reclassified and
placed in the "H ", Business District, under the terms of
Ordinance No. 5420 as amended, of the ordinances of the City
of Little Rock.
Section 2. Jjff=XZXWKj Ordinance No. 5420 of the City
of Little Rock as_ amended, and the zoning map attached there -
to and'made a part thereof, are hereby amended to conform
with the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance, and said
properties described above being hereafter in the "H" Business
District, under said Ordinance No. 5420 as amended.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
