AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 2, BLOCK 407, DUVALL'S ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMMDING ORDINANCE NO.5420 AS AML -TDED AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot Two (2), Block Four hundred, seven (407), DuVall's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 503 East 21st Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "B ", Residence District, under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified, and the
same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under terms of
said Zoning Ordinance, and waiver of yard space requirements is hereby
granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and Zoning Map thereto attached and
made a part thereof, axe hereby amended to permit the reclassification and
rezoning of said Lot Two (2), Block Four hundred, seven (407). DuVall's
addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof: said property to be hereafter known as and classified as being
in "F" Commercial District and with yard space requirements waived as
provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
