URDINANCE NU. 5420; AND FOR UTHER PURPU�La.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI�E CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Sec. 1. That the following — described realty, known as
8624 Roosevelt Road, be, and the same is hereby reclassified,
rezoned, and redistricted as "K Heavy Industrial District ".
Sec. 2. That the Little Rock City Loning Ordinance No.
5420, and the District blap which is part thereof, be, and
the same are hereby, amended to rezone and redistrict said
realty as a "K Heavy Industrial District'.
Sec. 3. The said realty is: Part of the outhwest Quarter
O of the Southeast Quarter (') of Section Eight (8), Township
One (1) North, Range Twelve (12) '7est,beginning 30 feet North
of the'Southwest corner of the said Southwest quarter (L) of the
Southeast n uarter ('_), running thence North 379 feet to Asher
Avenue, thence Northeasterly along Asher Avenue 123 feet, thence
South 437 feet to Roosevelt Road, thence West along Roosevelt
Road 134 feet to the point of beginning.
Sec. 4. All laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
