BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the yard space requirements, as estab-
lished by Ordinance No. 5420 as it affects property at 1416 Center
Street, described as Lot 9 and the north half of Lot 8, Block 1939
Original City of :Little Rock, Arkansas, are hereby waived, and the
owner therof is hereby granted permission to construct five (5)
new garages, with two (2) garage apartments above to within thirteen
(13) feet of rear lot tine of said property.
SECTION 2. Ordinance Sao. 5420 and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conf'or a to the
- provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
