AN ORDINANCE GRANTING TO GENERAL AGENCY INC., THE
OWNER OF THE WEST EIGHTY ($0) FEET OF LOTS ONE (11, TWO (2),
AND THREE (3), IN BLOCK ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120), OF THE
ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, FOR A PERIOD OF
NINETY -NINE (991,-YEARS FROX_ JUNE._17,- .19+6, FOR ;AN . ANNUAL RENTAL

NORTH SIDES OF SAID PROPERTY , AND EXTENDING TEN (10 ) FEET WEST
OF THE WEST PROPERTY LINE OF SAID PROPERTY AND TEN (10 ) FEET
NORTH OF THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE OF SAID PROPERTY, AND WITHIN
A RADIUS OF TEN (10) FEET AROUND THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:-
SECTION 1. That General Agenc , Inc. the owner of
the West Eighty (80) feet of Lots One (1T, Two (2) and Three
(3), in Block One Hundred Twenty (120), of the Original City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, be and is hereby granted the right
` to excavate and use the space underneath the sidewalk along
and adjacent to the west and north sides of said property,
and extending ten (10) feet west of the west property line
of said property, and ten (10) feet north of the north proper-
ty line of said property, and'within a radius of ten (10) feet
around the northwest corner of said property, and to con-
struct and maintain therein foundations, footings, sub - structures
and" basements and extension to the basement of the building, as
it may hereafter be erected on said property.
SECTION 2. That the Board of Public Affairs of the
City of Little Rock be and is hereby authorized and directed
to enter into and complete a lease agreement for the use of
the above mentioned area as hereinabove provided, for a period
of ninety -nine (99) years from June 17, 1946, at a yearly
rental of One Dollar ($1.00).
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordi-
nances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar
as they affect this ordinance.
