pj%T ORDIN NCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE REPAIR CF FAIR PARK GOLF COURSE
CLUBHOUSE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
�A 'HEREAS, the Fair Park Golf Course Clubhouse is
now in a deplorable state of repair, and unless repairs are
placed upon this structure immediately, it will, in a short
space of time become useless, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
;SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs of the City
of Little Rock is hereby authorized and directed to advertise
and take bids for the repairs needed upon the Fair Park Golf
Course Clubhouse and to cause such repairs to be made.
;ECTIOII 2. The cost of such construction shall not
exceed the sum of Four Hundred Twenty -Nine and 18/100 Dollars
($429.18), and shall be paid for from the Golf Club Con-
struction Fund.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
