AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0. 7p2 FOR THE PURPOSE
OF EXCLUDING LOT 6, BLOCK 329 OF THE ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, WEEKS SUB..DIVISION FROM THE PROVISIONS OF SAID ORDINANCE
NO. 7025.
WHEREAS: John W. Palsgrove, Mary D. Palsgrove and Maxine
P. Cochran are the owners of Lot 6, Block 359, Original City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, and said owners obtained from the office of
the City Engineer permit to build a building on said property and
started construction prior to the passage of Ordinance No. 7025,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 7025, passed Monday, June 17,
+ 1946, be and the same is hereby amended to exclude from its provisions
Lot 6, Block 359 of the Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, Weeks
Sub- Division.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.
