ORDINANCE No. 7052
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT THREE (3), IN BLOCK NINE
(9) , PETTEFER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKAN-
SAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKMT SAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot three (3), in Block Nine (9),
Petteferfs Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being Number 2707 Commerce street, heretofore classified
and zoned as "B" Residence District, under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclas-
sified and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" com-
mercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECSION 2. That Ordiance No. 5420 and the Zoning

amended to permit the reclassifieat `n and rezoning of said
Lot Three (3), in Block Nine (9), PettBfer d Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in section
1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classi-
fied as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect
