ORDINANCE NO. 2053
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PARTS OF LOTS 13- 14 AND 15, BLOCK 8 MIDLAND HILLS
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMYNDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
SECTION 19 That parts of lots -13 - 14 and 15 block 8, Midland Hills - -.
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly described as ,s
Beginning at the Northeast corner of lot 14, and running thence in a Northwesterly
direction along the rear line of lots.14 and 15, 69 feet to the center of the
rear line of said lot 15; thence alonm a line running from said center point
of the rear of lot 15 to the Southeast corner of lot 15, a distance of 94 feet,
thence in a Southeasterly direction to a point on the East line of lot 13,
49 feet South of the Northeast corner of said lot 14. thence North along the
East line of lot 13, to the point of beginning. This being 1109 Kavanaugh Blvd.,
heretofore classified and zoned as "�" residence district, under the terms of the
zoning ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same
are hereby declared to be in "C'" two family district under the terms of said
zoning ordinance.
SECTION 29 That ordinance No. 5420 a nd the zoning map thereto attached
a nd made a part thereof are hereby amended to permit the reclassification
and rezoning of said parts of lots 13- 14 and 15, block 8 n?idland Hills Addition
to tha City of-Little Rock, .Arkansas, a s outlined in section 1# hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "C "'two family
district.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
