AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 70 BLOCK 4, KIMBALL'S SOUTH PARK
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE
N0. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 7, Block 4, Kimball's South Park
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified
and zoned as "B" Residence District, under the terms of the Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, as amended, of the Ordinances of the City of
Little Rock, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock, as amended, and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a part thereof are hereby amended in conformity
with the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance; said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in "F" Commercial
District.
SECTION 3. That the City Council has determined, and it
is hereby declared, that all the prerequisites to the passage of
this ordinance have been fully complied with in connection here-
with, and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force and
effect from and after its passage.
