AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 12, BLOCK 8, CHESTERFIELD
SWARE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDz
ING ORDINANCE NO. 5420, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That Lot 12, Block 8, Chesterfielf Square Addition
to the City of Little Rock, ArkaAaas, bt3ng
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as OBO One - Family
Districts under the goning00adinaance.. No. 542,0, is hereby re-
zoned. and reclassified to be in aC "' Two - Family District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance,
SECTION 2: That Ordinance No. 5420, and the Zoning Map there» -
L= to attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended: to
do
permit reclassification and rezoning of said Lot 12, Block 8,
Chesterfield Square Addition to the City of Little Rock, Ark-
ansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and classified asbeing in =,hAe nC" Two - Family � 4
District.
SECTION 5:: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after it`s passage.
