AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 2, IN BLOCK
288 of the ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420
AS AIMMED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AItt4PtNSAS:
Section 1. Lot 2, Block 288, Original City of Little Rock,
Arkansas is hereby re -zoned and reclassified and placed in the
"K" Heavy Industrial District under the terms of Ordinance #5420 as
amended and the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 51+20 of the Ordinances of the City of
Little Rock as amended, and the zoning map attached thereto and made
a part thereof, are hereby amended in conformity with the provisions
of Section 1 of this Ordinance.; said property shall hereafter be
described as being in the "K" Heavy Industrial District under said
Ordinance No. 5/+20 as amended.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
