AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 4 AND 3k FEET OFF THE NORTH
SIDE OF LOT 5, BLOCK 2933 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AnA MING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AM.F-r ?DED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI`?'Y COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Lot 4 and 3a feet off the North side
of Lot 5, Block 2y30 City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby
re -zoned and reclassified and placed in the "H ", Business
:strict, under the terms of Ordinance No. 5420 as amended,
of the ordinances of the City of Little Rock.
Section 2. *%jdd 'xj& "Ordinance No. 5420 of the
City of Little Rock as amended, and the zoning map attached
thereto and .wade a ;Dart thereof, are hereby amended to conform
with the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordii. ance, and said
property descrited above being hereafter in the "till, Business
District, under said Ordinance Tao. 5420 as amended.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
