AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING A TRACT OF LAND DESCRIBED AS
50 FEET ON EAST 6th STREET BY 130 FMT ON FLETCHER STREET,
ON THE SOU THNEST CORNER OF BLOCK 23, GARLAND'S ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AIENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That a tract of land described as 50 feet on
East 6th Street by 130 feet on Fletcher Street, on the southwest
corner of Block 23, Garland's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two- family Dis-
trict, under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby
rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ord-
inance, and waiver of yard space requirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification and rezoning of the said tract of land
described as 50 feet on East 6th by 130 feet on Fletcher Street,
on the southwest corner of Block-23, Garland's Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof;
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
the "F" Commercial District and with yard space requirements
waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
