AN ORDINANCE DIRrCTING AND AUTHORIZING
TYP BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE,
TAME BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE ONE TRACTOR

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs
is hereby authorized and directed to advertise,
take bids for, and purchase one tractor with
hydraulic front loader for use by the City Street
Department.
SECTION 2. The cost of such tractor
shall not exceed the sum of Two Thousand Dollars
(w2,000.00).
SECTION` 3. All ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby re-
pealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
