AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO PURCHASE TWO (2)
OVERHEAD DOORS FOR USE BY THE FIRE DEPART-
MENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TET CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs
is hereby authorized and directed to purchase two
(2) overhead doors for use by the Fire Department.
SECTION 2. The cost of such overhead
doors shall not exceed Five Hundred Fourteen Dol-
lars and Sixty Cents ($514.60), completely installed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and ap-
proval.
