AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS
FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR USE IN THE AUTO FUND, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby transferred from the
General Fund for deposit in the Auto Fund of the City of
Little Rock the sum of Fifty Thousand ($550,000.00) Dollare,
and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to issue the City's Warrant in said amount payable
to the City of Little Rook Auto Fund to be deposited in
said Auto Fund.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
