AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE,
TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE TWO AUTOMO-
BILES FOR USE BY THE LITTLE ROCK POLICE
DEPARTMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs
is hereby authorized and directed to advertise,
take bids for, and purchase two 1946 automobiles
for use by the Little Rock Police Department.
SECTION 2. The cost of such automobiles
shall not exceed the sum of One Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($1,300.00) each.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage.
