AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE SOUTH 80 FEET OF LOT
EIGHT (8), BLOCK "B ", FLETCHER AND CLARK'S ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5420 AND THE
AMENDMENTS THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the South Eighty (90) feet of Lot
Eight (9), Block "B ", Fletcher and Clark's Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1728 East Second Street in said
Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned as "C"
Two Family District, under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420
and amendments thereto, be and is hereby rezoned and reclassified,
• and the same is declared to be in "F" Commercial District, under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No-5420, with its amendments
thereto and the zoning map thereto attached and made a part there-
of, be and are amended to permit the reclassification and rezoning
of said South Eighty (90) feet of Lot Eight (8), Block "B ",
Fletcher and Clark's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1, hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance' shall take effect and
be in force and effect from and after its passage.
