AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING SOUTH TWENTY FOUR (24) FEET LOT
EIGHT (8) AND NORTH EIGHTEEN (18) FEET LOT NINE (9) BLOCK
410 DUVAL'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE RODK, ARKANSAS:
AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.5420: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCKS ARKANSAS:
Section 1, That South Twenty -Four (24) feet, Lot Eight
(8) and North eighteen (18) feet of Lot Nine (9), Block 4101
Duval's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore
classified and zoned as "B" Residence District, under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No.54201 is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" two- family district
under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance,
Section 2. That Ordinance No.5420 and Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereofq are hereby amended to permit
the reclassification and rezoning of said South Twenty -Four (24)
feet, Lot Eight (8), and North Eighteen (18) feet, Lot Nine (9)
Block 410, Duval's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the "C" two - family district.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
