AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING NORTH FORTY (40) FEET OF LOT 39
BLOCK 4109 DUVAL'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.5420s AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That North Forty (40) feet of Lot 3, Block
410, Duval's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Prkansass
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District,
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No.5420, is hereby
rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to
be in "D" apartment district under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
Section 2. That Ordinance No.5420 and Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof,
the reclassification and rezoning
ffet of Lot Three (3), Block 410,
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
said property to be hereafter kno,
in the "D" Apartment district*
are hereby amended to permit
of said North forty (40)
Duval's Addition to the
outlined in Section 1 hereof,
Nn and classified as being
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
