AN ORDINAN CE TO FIX THE WIDTHS OF THE PAVEMENT OF
STREETS KNOWN AS LILAC TERRACE, LILAC CIRCLE,
LILAC COVE, MAGNOLIA AVENUE, IRIS AVENUE AND COFFEE
POT LANE, IN MAGNOLIA PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY -OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The width of the pavement of the following streets
in Magnolia Park Addition in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, shall
be as follows:
Magnolia Avenue, from Cantrell Road to
future apartment site on rock quarry,
36 feet.
Lilac Terrace, from Cantrell Road to
River Road, 26 feet.
Lilac Circle, from Lilac Terrace to
Lilac Terrace, 26 feet.
Lilac Cove, from Lilac Circle to dead
end, 26 feet.
Iris Avenue, from Magnolia Avenue to
dead end, 26 feet.
Coffee Pot Lane, from Lilac Terrace to
dead end, 22 feet.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. It is ascertained and hereby declared that the pro-
visions of this ordinance are necessary for the purpose of constructing
and opening certain streets in the city of Little Rock for traffic and
thereby protecting and preserving the public peace, health and safety,
an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
