AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $591.20 FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO PAY THE DEFICIT INCURRED IN THE HOLDING
OF AN AIR SHOW AT ADAMS FIELD, LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, IN
THE YEAR 1936; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, under auspices of the Little Rock Municipal
Airport, in connection with the development of said Airport, an
air show was held in the year 1936 wherein certain commitments
were made by the City to advance funds for the expense thereof;
and
WHEREAS, upon completion of said air show there remain-
ed a deficit of $591.20, which deficit was advanced by the then
manager of said Airport out of cash funds on hand at the Airport
belonging to the City; and
WHEREAS, said deficit remains as a cash item in the air-
port cash account uncollected and uneollectible; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
General Fund of the City of

SECTION 2. The Manager of the Airport is hereby
directed to replace the cash item of equal amount held by him
against the Airport cash funds with said warrant and to deposit
said warrant in the General Fund in the same manner as other
airport receipts are deposited.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
