AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A RIGHT -OF -WAY EASEMENT TO DAVID 0.
FREDSALL and MARY JANE FREDSALL FOR AN OUTFALL
SEWER LINE FROM FREDSALL ADDITION TOT HE ARKANSAS
RIVER.
WHEREAS, David O.Fredsall and Mary Jane Fredsall have
laid out an addition to the city of Little Rock in. Section 29,
Township 2 South, Range 12 West; and
WHEREAS, the sewer line frown that section of the city
is heavily loaded at this time and the best service to this
addition would come by direct outfall to the river; and
WHEREAS, said plans for said sewer system have been
approved by the Board of Health and Sewer Engineer for the
city of Little Rock as being an appropriate and proper way to
dispose of the sewage from the Fredsall Addition; and
WHEREAS, said sewer system will become the property
of the city of Little Rock upon completion thereof: NOW,
�REFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That a Bight -of -way easement be and the
same is hereby granted to David 0. Fredsall and Mary Jane
Fredsall in accordance with the plat filed with the Sewer
Department of the city of Little Rock over and across the
North half of the SoutheastQuarter of Section 29, Tow4ship 2
South, Range 12 West.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they
are hereby authorized to execute the proper instrument convey-
ing said easement to the said David 0. Fredsall and Mary Jane
Fredsall in accordance with the purposes and intent of this

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and
effect from and after its passage.
