ORDINANCE NO. 7121
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CUTTING OF CURB AND PAVING OF
SPACE BETWEEN CURB CUT AND BUILDING AT MARKHAM & RINGO STREETS.
WHEREAS, a frozen food looker plant has been erected
on property at the northwest corner of Markham and Ringo Streets
and the same will be rented to the public generally for use and,
ViHEREAS, it will /be advantageous to the public generally
that the curb be out and the space between said curb out and
building be paved and that no evil effect will result therefrom,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNT-7, OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
i SECTION 1. That from and after the passage and approval

of this ordinance it shall be lawful, under the direction and
supervision of the City Engineer and according to his plans and
specifications, to out the curb and pave any space between the
building now erected on the property at the northwest corner

of the intersection of Markham and Ringo Streets and said build -
ing; on Markham Street beginning forty feet west of the property
line and extending fifteen feet west of said beginning point and
on Ringo'Street beginning twenty feet north of the property line
and extending sixty feet north from said beginning point.
SECTION 2. It is hereby found as a matter of fact that
the cutting of said curb and paving of said space is necessary
for the public peace, convenience, and safety, an emergency
"µ exists and this ordinance shall, therefore, be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
