KAYANAUGH BOULEVARD AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT MDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to remove forty feet of

curb on the South side of Kavanaugh Boulevard in front of the store buil*-
i
ing located at 5701 Kavanaugh Boulevard,.and to construct a sidewalk around
an area which is bounded on the North by the above described curb cut, and
which is forty feet from East to West and eighteen feet from North to South.
Said area is to be surfaced with and the sidewalk is to be constructed of
concrete. Said sidewalk is not to be less than five feet in width.
SECTION 2, "Ahereas, the removal of forty feet of curb on the
South side of Kavanaugh Boulevard in front of the building located at 5701
Kavanaugh Boulevard and the construction of a sidewalk around an area
bounded on the North by the above mentioned curb out and being forty feet in

emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage.
