I BE IT MAIM BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
' ?ION 1. Permission is hersby`granted to permit automobiles to
be parked in the fashion commonly referred to as "angle parking" in the
area bounded on the North by a forty foot curb cut in front of a store build-
ing at 5701 Kavanaugh Boulevard, which area is forty feet in length from
East to Pest and eighteen feet in width from North to South.
SECTION 2. Whereas, permission to park automobiles in the fashion
commonly referred to as "angle parking" in the area bounded on the North by
a forty foot curb out in front of the store building at 5701 Kavanaugh
Boulevard, which area is forty feet in length from East to best and eighteen
feet in width from North to South is necessary for the immediate preserva-
' .,.tiou of the public peace, health, and safety, an emergency is hereby de-
clared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect frog
and after its passage.
